Every repair starts with a thorough evaluation. We walk the roof, check flashing at chimneys, skylights, vents and valleys, and look at the underlayment wherever we can reach it. Then we explain exactly what we found, with photos, and what it will take to fix.

We repair asphalt shingle, concrete and clay tile, and low-slope roofs on homes and commercial buildings. Loose, broken or missing shingles and tiles are replaced to match, and failed flashing is rebuilt rather than caulked over.

If a repair no longer makes financial sense, we'll tell you straight — and if it does, we won't try to sell you a new roof you don't need.
